Our team at present is a prototype development company specialized in area of atmospheric plasma. Dr. Yuri Glukhoy, the President, has 40 years experience in developing and commercializing scientific instruments in area of plasma physics, ion and electron optics and has extensive industrial and scientific contacts with semiconductor companies like Intel, Micron and LAM research. He has designed and patented the plasma generating components for etching, deposition and implantation as well as consumables like large area showerheads for the large area wafer processes. He has successfully commercialized several innovations in the past 15 years relating to the ICP systems and has experience of building technical and business relationships surrounding new product introduction.
